Payment Policy

We accept many different types of payments:
  • Personal Checks (Please allow up to 14 business days for personal checks to clear)
  • Money Orders
  • Cashier Checks.

Merchandise Credit:
  • All orders using merchandise credit must be faxed or sent via US Mail.

Order Modifications
  • Orders can not be modified once processed.
  • Order cancellations must be faxed.
  • E-Mail order modification/cancellations are not recommended since we ship same day.

Shipping Policy
  • Free shipping is to locations in the Continental US only.
  • Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days.
  • Most orders are shipped by Fedex or UPS.
  • Shortages can sometimes occur. We will call you if there is a delay
Return Policy
  • Merchandise can be returned within 30 days.
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
  • Used cleaners can not be returned:
  • Special orders and custom made items can not be returned.
  • C.O.D. returns or returns without a RA # will be refused.
